Description

Join the members of CMA's Central Valley Credit Groups on September 28 for an informative half-day program highlighting the challenges faced by the region's credit professionals.

Riley C. Walter, of the Walter Wilhelm Law Group, will lead a discussion about current trends in farm, dairy, and agribusiness bankruptcies. Additionally, he will provide an update on Chapter 12 and a discussion of statutory liens.

A representative from Wells Fargo will discuss dynamic terms that meet your needs, and implications of accepting payments from different channels (check, ACH, card, wire, etc.); DSO, cost, relative ease of use, risk, and how to improve visibility to deductions/adjustments; and payment trends that make it easy to do business with you.

A networking luncheon will follow allowing you to exchange best practice ideas with your peers from the valley.

Non-group members will pay a nominal fee of $69 to attend, which includes a continental breakfast and lunch and speaker program. Group members will be billed for just food.

The meeting will take place at the Piccadilly Inn on W. Shaw in Fresno, beginning with a continental breakfast at 8:30 am.
